eMcem_Init() return is E_NOT_OK

I am working on the EVB Q172 with testing EIM/ERM in example code SPD_101_S32K344， Bist/eMcem/SafetyBase modules imported keep defaults. I find NCF_S0 value is always is 1 in debugging eMcem_Init(). What shall I do to clear NCF0 fault and have eMcem_Init() performed successfully?
