cannot flash code to S32K148 board

I am using S32K148 Evaluation board and S32 Design Studio IDE.

When trying to download firmware, the following windows always appears:

I am able to see the S32K148EVB in my PC when connect the board.

The LED D11 reset indicator is on all the time whenever connect the board.

I am able to see the S32K148EVB in my PC when connect the board.
If board has locked, what steps to unlock the board? Can I try it?

You could try reading the MDM_AP registers first, as discussed in these community posts:
