I'm afraid that we do not have an example of testing all allowed simultaneous memory operations.
I'm not sure if you need help with program/erase PFlash/DFlash functions and which MCU you have, but keep in mind that you can't access partition (flash block) which is being erased or programmed. The code must be executed from RAM memory or another partition.
