about S32K312 STANDBY CURRENT

Hi Sir

  I test the S32K312 standby code S32K312_GPIO_Wkup_S32DS_3_4_RTD_LLD_2_0 ,the current is about 400uA,it's different from DS 40uA,my demo is S32K312EVB-Q172,the test place is R303's voltage,jumper J10 is open

I didn't test your code, but I have a summary of similar issues, hope this is useful for you

1.Remove R303 resisor and shunt on J10, and the connect the multimeter on J10 for current measurement.

2.Change the shunt on J18 header to 1-2 to for 5V supply and 2-3 for 3.3V supply.

Test Result(not the demo project your provided)

a.current in RUN mode(3.3V supply) = 72.4mA.

b.current in STANDBY mode (3.3V supply) = 46.7uA.

c.current in RUN mode (5.0V supply) = 72.9mA.

d.current in STANDBY mode (5.0V supply) = 355.9uA.
