Where can I download the self-test reference code?

we kick off a project need to pass the SIL2, this project use S32K14* MCU, where can I get the self-test reference code?

there's safety reference manual which helps to achieve desired system level of functional safety integrity:

I know this post is too old, but what is difference between mentioned "self-test libraries"  and provided library in URL: "https://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/sso/downloadSoftware.sp?catid=SW32K14-M4SCSTE"

is there two different library which one is free and other one is commercial and should be purchase?
