Service Life

I would like to know what is the Service Life of S32K148 controllers. How many years an MCU will run without failure at 100 C.

This is related to but somewhat different from MTTF.  For example, MTTF calculation may estimate that the failure rate is 300 years,  however, the service life maybe 20 years of continuous operation.
