i used MPC5744p Autosar Mcal before and there was a sample project to start with in tresos
now i'm using s32k144 Mcal i can't find the sample project in the package

Not all of the S32K1 packages have the example app available. You can try to get the example from previous S32K1 package, e.g. S32K14X_MCAL4_2_RTM_1_0_2 or S32K14X_MCAL4_3_RTM_1_0_0.
