SW32K3_TCPIP_STACK_1_0_3 Installation failed

RTD：V3.0.0

I am using S32K314 and cannot create an example after installing the TCPIP plug-in package。

Follow the installation instructions in SW32K3_TCPIP_STACK_1_0_3_HF1_Release_Note.pdf.

I'm encountering the same issue on my computer, but I can no longer download the corresponding K396 software (it's unavailable on the official website). How can I resolve this?

The fail comments is below

Hi @sw_ma,

What do you mean with "corresponding K396 software is unavailable"? RTD 3.0.0 is still available through either the Flexera portal, or Automotive Software Package Manager. You can access it through here: Real-Time Drivers (RTD).

Please help me following the instructions from this community post:

As well as making sure you are downloading "SW32K3_TCPIP_1_0_3_D2306_updatesite.zip" and confirming you do have RTD & FreeRTOS packages installed.

Could you also provide a screenshot of the log after installation? Is there any error message?

Hi @sw_ma,

It seems there are some issues with Automotive Software Package Manager, could you try to download the RTD package through the flexera portal instead? Please follow the guide attached to this reply.

I have tried, using the guide pdf ref. still can not found the 3.0.0 ver RTD needed for k396.

Through the flexera portal, I can see RTD 3.0.0 P07, which supports S32K396: https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?element=14273227.

Please see if you can download it and install it.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have abandoned version 3.5.0 and used the latest IDE version. The issue has been resolved.

I have solved the problem, it should be S32K396 related plug-in is not installed.
