Hello:

There was a no initialized variable (address in 0x2000EFA8, SRAM) in our project.

For a same chip, we found that no matter how much times we power on and power off, this variable has value either equal to 0x55 or equal to 0x57.

We have tested several chips, the value may be random between different chips, but for the same chip, the values were almost the same after power off->power on (may be only one bit different.)

We want to know why the SRAM has such behavior, could please tell us the principle of this, thank you very much!

After POR, there can be any content in RAM before ECC is initialized.

Random data is not necessarily "random", there may well be some patterns.
