S32k344 or S32K3 memory access

          i'm using the S32K3XX micro, if i want to write or read the memory, alignment is required?

1. what is the minimum read or write size of the Flash(ROM)?

2. what is the minimum read or write size of the RAM?

4.what is the minimum read or write size of the Dataflash(NVM)?

while doing above operation what is the alignment need to maintain?
