Sorry for bother you, I have a concern point in S32K3XXRM.pdf as below:
With RXINV bit description conflicted that is "Writing 1 to this field inverts the RXD input for all cases: data bits, start and stop bits, break, and idle." but
0b - Inverted
1b - Not inverted
Could you please help me with this point?

It seems it is documentation error. I will report it.
I can see it has been changed between document revision 4 and 5, but there is no evidence why it has been changed. Additionally it is not in relation to other document parts. I assume following screenshot is correct one:
