S32K3xx: ADC Application Note NOT available ?

Hi,

I am working with the ADC of S32K3xx and would like to get the application note for understanding the ADC better.

The link to ADC application note: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN13413.pdf does not seem to work.

Where can I get this document? I want to understand more on how to the use the ADC Bandgap.

Any inputs will be of help.
