Hello, the model of my development board is S32K3X4EVB-Q257. When I was developing FS26 chip, I found that TRK2 was under voltage all the time. I read the relevant registers and found that FS_GRL_FLAGS register was 0x1000 and FS_OVUV_REG_STATUS register was 0x0010. FS_STATES register has the value 0x000B.
