Our processor is S32K396. When using ADC, the following error occurred:
I have a total of 5 ADCs. Two of them use the channels 1 and 3 of the AD5 controller respectively. Occasionally, there will be abnormal data collection from channel 1. At this time, by measuring with a multimeter, there is voltage on the pins, but no values can be obtained. When channel 3 is shielded, channel 1 works normally.
The remaining 3 channels of ADC are each using a separate AD controller, and all are functioning properly.
The attachment contains the configuration of my AD5 components and the ADC acquisition code. Please take a look and let me know if there are any issues.

我们处理器为S32K396，使用ADC时出现如下错误：
我共有5路ADC，其中有两路分别用了AD5控制器的通道1和通道3；此时会偶发性出现通道1采集异常，此时通过万用表测量管脚上存在电压，但是采集不到值。当把通道3屏蔽掉之后，通道1工作正常。
剩余3路ADC分别单独使用一个AD控制器，均工作正常。
附件是我的AD5组件配置及ADC采集代码，麻烦看下什么问题。
