S32K396 ADCBIST examples

Does the S32K396 have usage examples or application manuals for the ADCBIST feature? I couldn't find any related example programs in the DS.

Hello,

I have check the SAF (safety application framework) and it do not cover ADC.

I have not seen any example codes except the one in reference manual: chapter 59.3.2 SDADC test
