Why all IPCF demos are debugged in RAM?

You should be able to find the Debug FLASH into the project's "Debug Configurations" as shown in the image.

In the S32K3 Inter Platform Communication Framework Version 4.0.0 are provided the linker files for flash.You can use this version as a reference.

im used new version IPCF(4.1.0),but not found linker files for flash,Is only version 4.0.0 available?

I am afraid it seems that in this IPCF release the linker flash files are only provided for the S32K388 project examples.
