I am trying to debug in S32K3X4EVB T172_PackRevB2 using external debugger. Currently i have only JTAG 20 to 10 pin connector.
Can i use J41 - OpenSDA INTERFACE - JTAG CONNECTOR for debugging using external debugger (Tasking Debugger)?

No, it cannot be used to program the S32K3x4 MCU, the J41 connector is for the MK26FN2M0VMI18 chip only (onboard debugger).
