S32K344: V11 Internal Core logic voltage supply Generation Issue

Hi NXP Team,

We are using the MCU part S32K344NHT1MPBS in our product. Currently our product is in production stage. In production line few boards founded with the issue V11 internal core logic voltage supply is not generated. But, the V25 internal logic is generated.

What is the reason and how to solve this issue?

Does your schematic follow the recommendations we provided in Figure 25 (Bulk/Bypass and decoupling capacitors scheme for the S32K344 /42 /24 /22 /14 – 172HDQFP) of the Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K3 Microcontrollers, Rev. D6? Make sure the power supply pins are connected correctly.

Also, to check if the problem is due to some issue with the MCU or the custom board, swap one of the non-working MCU boards with a working one. Do you see any change? Is it still not outputting voltage the V11?
