S32K344 Halts

Hello Team,

We are building a custom MCU board with S32K344. And we are using freeRTOS as OS in development section. We are not facing any issue's in initial run. But when we kept it for long run like for more than 15 minutes it hangs. Kindly let me know what could be gone wrong.

You’ll need to provide more details to narrow down the issue.

What exactly do you mean by “it hangs”?
Is the system stuck in a loop, or do you see a fault exception?
Are any tasks still running, or does everything freeze?

This kind of behavior can be caused by memory-related issues like stack overflow, heap exhaustion, interrupt misbehavior, or task starvation.

S32DS IDE includes tools that can help analyze FreeRTOS applications, such as the Heap Usage View, Task List View, etc.
