S32K344 BIST HSE_SWT reset

In the demo of SPD1.0.4, executing Bist_Run (BIS_SAFETYBOOT_CFG) will reset, but the reason for the reset is MCU_HSE_SWT_RST_RESET. I have reviewed the reference manual and found that HSE_SWT should be disabled.

Do I need to manually disable it? If so, what should I do?

HSE-enabled devices do not have the ability to disable HSE_SWT due to security concerns. The internal team performed the self-test from the application core on an SoC with the HSE installed, and no abnormalities were observed.

During the self-test, the HSE is servicing the watchdog, so no reset will be triggered by the HSE. Therefore, the application does not need to disable anything to perform the self-test, as the HSE handles it.

We understand that the documentation may cause confusion, so a ticket has already been raised to verify this situation.
