S32K322 AD Calibration return Error,and AD Value is always 0x3fff

hello, NXP teams ,

I'm using S32K322 and using ADC modules, I'm using S32DS and SDK to config this modules.

when I calibrate the ADC channel , it returns error.

when I read the value ,it returns 0x3fff(i set ),but I measured the AD port ,the voltage is 0.6v;

and other AD port is the same issue.

Does anyone know how I might go about solving this problem?

Hi @KidhRobin,

Can you please double check the ADC calibration frequency?

The max. S32K322 ADC calibration frequency should be 40MHz.
