Hi:

I want to update the IVT, but every time I use this function (shown below), the code gets an exception. The location of the function has been put into RAM.

Which kind of driver are you using to write to the flash?

IVT update is simple flash operation. Check exception syndromes, to see the failing address and reason for exception in core registers.
