Hello supporters of NXP, I would like to configure the Wake Up LLD routine through S32DS. In the RTD package of S32K312, which demo should I refer to? Thank you.

Hi @ZZZZZJH,

The RTD package includes the Wkpu_Icu_BlinkLed_S32K344 example, but this example mainly shows how to setup the ICU channel for a GPIO interrupt.

"GPIO trigger will generate edges to ICU input pins. The interrupts will be generated for the ICU channels and the user's functions will be called, the user's functions will blink LED."

If you want an example Standby <-> Run routine with WKPU signal, you can refer to the S32K3 Low Power Management AN and demos. Specifically, to the S32K312_GPIO_Wkpu example.
