S32K312 ADC0_P6 problem

S32K312 보드를 사용하고 있습니다.
ADC0을 사용하려고 노력하는 것이 ADC0_P6 기본이 아닙니다.
12 비트가 있고, 하드웨어적으로 괜찮은 것을 확인했습니다.
설정은 다른 기능과 동일합니다.

이 문제가 발생하는 이유를 알 수 있습니까?

다른 포트와 다르게 설정해야 할까요?

Please use a voltmeter to measure whether the voltage of ADC0_P6 pin is the same as other ADC input pins.
Please check whether the software configuration of ADC0_P6 is the same as other channels.
Which board are you using? ADC0_P6 of S32K312EVB-Q172 is connected to TOUCH_ADC_A by default.
