S32K14x EEEPROM - More Infos requested regarding EEPROM Emulation, especially regarding number of write cycle and data retension time: ctm requested 5 years minimum, but provided algorithm leads to different and incomprehensible results ; resources used are DS and Ref Manual

customer needs 20years data retention time

the program cycles are below 1k as there are not cyclic updates - more one programming EOL on OEM side or in the field in case of an update.

He like to use our EEE feature for this but unfortunately here only 5years data retention is guaranteed.

In case data is written less then 1k cycles, I would assume also 20 years data retention time?

Or is there a mechanism in the EEE to refresh the programming after some time to extend data retention?
