S32K148EVB can't flash and debug

I use S32K148EVB via S32 Debug Probe to debug "hello" example in "Debug_Flsh" configuration

first i test Probe and EVB connection,

S32DS return "The board is not connected",

then i press reset switch and test connection again,

S32DS return "The board is connected", but display information seem like weird

"SoC IDCODE:0xFFFFFFFF, SOC UID:0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, SoC Debug:Unknown"

then i execute debug flash

S32DS return "Failed to execute MI command  py flash()"

can someone tell me what's happaned?

1. S32DS Version: 3.6.1

2.S32K148EVB 

3.NXP S32 Debug Probe using JTAG

update:

i press reset switch while into Debug Flash

S32DS return 

"ccs:Core not responding"

Hello,

Hard to say. If you triggered reset during the programming of flash, you could possibly corrupt the Flash Config at address 0x400 and brick the device.

You can try attaching to running target or integrated PE Micro debugger if you have NXP EVB.

Also you can test it with another board / uC.
