S32K146 SRAM boot and flash boot

Why S32K146 without changing hardware can switch SRAM boot and eflash boot?  and how can i config SRAM boot and eflash boot?

Hello Kui Wu,

Do you mean the internal flash and RAM? If this is the case you can change to this moving the VTOR register to the starting point in flash or RAM. Also, the S32DS always configures two debug sessions, one for RAM and the other for flash.

   only select one of the configuration can run in SRAM or flash based on EVB S32K146 demo board?  how to config the following? 

Is there an option switch for SRAM boot and flash boot on the MCU hardware？

Only switching between debug session is enough to change between SRAM and flash, you don't need to change any hardware to do this. You can confirm this if you use the SRAM debug session and power-on the board.
