Hello, why is it effective to set the Pin Level Value to high when the reuse function is LPUART0-TX

I'm not familiar with EB AUTOSAR MCAL.
But the Idle of UART format is logic1 and Start bit is detecting transition from logic 1 to logic 0. I think this is the reason.
