S32K144 RTD FLS

When i use s32k144 rtd ,i add fls module,it will generate some files about os. Does the files are necessary for fls module？Is there any method prohibit generate those files.

These files need to be removed manually.

The usage depends on whether you will use AUTOSAR OS or not. If you will use it, you have to leave those libraries because they are used at OsIf.
