S32K144 RTC Supply

Hi,

we are using S32K144 controller and we are not able to find VRTC  backup Supply for connecting super cap or coin cell battery.

Hi,

there's no such option. The workaround is to keep the microcontroller supplied and enter VLPS low power mode.
