S32K144 PortPin PCR value

Hello,

I am trying to configure an S32K144EVB board. I have followed this guide to create an example project. My problem is that I do not understand how the PortPin PCR value is determined. I have looked in the RTD_PORT_UM.pdf document for how to calculate this but I don't understand how to get the number 96 for PortPin PCR using these instructions when trying to set up the blue LED pin. The instructions also reference "PortPin MSCR", which doesn't appear in the software, leading me to believe the documentation may be outdated.
