S32K144 Flash Driver C90TFS - Selection

I installed Standard Software Driver v1.0.4 (C90TFS) for S32K144 Flash driving.

I want to import the c-array flash driver to my application.

But there is 3 types of driver.. What should i use as S32K144 Flash driver?

Plus, Let me know the flash blocks configuration of K144's 512KB Flash memory.

(For example, 64KB x 2EA, 128KB x 1EA.... so on)

I suggest you use the flash driver from the SDK of S32K11. If you are using S32DS the latest version is included in the IDE. You can find the SDK here: https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/s32-sdk/s32-software-development-kit-for-s3...

You can find the device memory map attached in the S32K reference manual.
