S32K12 HSE INSTALL problem

hi i have problems with install HSE，i have put pink file in ,and program 

0x1B000000UL to 

0xAABBCCDDDDCCBBAAUL  but the 0x4039C028 is still 0x1c0ruller_2-1776249490355.pngruller_3-1776249521509.png

here is my SBAF version and HSE version ：s32k3x2_hse_fw_1.13.0_2.6.0_pb221129.bin.pink
