we use S32K118 Download program the Chip locked.

Please help to check HW & SW. How do I deal with the chip locked Problem.

You can keep the MCU in reset while the j-link commander is unlocking the MCU.
Please try the following:
1. power off the MCU
2. connect reset_b (PTA5) to the ground
3. power on the MCU
4. connect J-link commander and unlock the MCU.
