I can't find the documentation about the Development packages RTD AUTOSAR for the S32K1xx
please help me find the docs!

All the documentation provided for RTD for S32K1 modules can be found in for example C:\NXP\SW32K1_S32M24x_RTD_4.4_R21-11_2.0.0\eclipse\plugins\Adc_TS_T40D2M20I0R0\doc or C:\NXP\S32DS.3.4\S32DS\software\PlatformSDK_S32K1_2022_02\SW32K1_RTD_4_4_1_0_1_D2202\Adc_TS_T40D2M10I1R0\doc. 

If this is not what you are looking for, please clarify it.
