S32K mass program tools

Dear,

As we known, we could use IAR or S32DS for S32K debug and download, whether we have some offline GUI or USB standalone tools for firmware downloading, it is only program update without debug, such as Segger company J-Flash software for cortex M0, M3, M4.

Hi Hanson，

可以使用Segger的Flasher，目前JFlash已经支持S32K的下载，JFlash配置好目标芯片S32K后，然后选择download到Flasher中，然后按下按键即可对目标芯片离线烧写。

Dear, we have closed by ourselves, now Segger could support S32K144.
