S32DS startup issue

When I started S32DS V3.5 (installed with valid license), there's a popup window named "Product Licenses" showing the detail infos "...\S32DS\cll\x64\FNP_Act_Installer.dll: 动态链接库(DLL)初始化例程失败。"  and closing the window also quits the IDE.  Reinstalling the IDE doesn't work. 

How to solve this? Eager for reply.

Hi,

looks that some security SW on your PC may block the .dll used for license check. Can you please share workspace log file located in your workspace and .metadata directory?

It seems that this problem no longer occurs after a system reboot. Thanks for your kind reply
