S32DS DEBUG

I am using S32DS to debug my project,but there are something wrong.

when I click the debug button it say :

maybe I change some options, how can I do  ?

It seems that you did not end the last debugging process. You can try closing the IDE and opening it again, or you can open the IDE debugging page to see if the debugger has been terminated.
