Recover from Fatal error reading CPU status

I'm trying to debug a S32K144 with IAR I-Jet, and first error1.png appears, then error2.png.
Is there any way to recover from this state?

error1 is "Do you want to perform mass erase to unlock the device"

After press "Yes", error2 will appear.
error2 is "Fatal error: Reading CPU status failed"

Hi @Hozumi,

Unfortunately, I am not familiarized with the IAR environment, but the probable cause for this error is that the security register was flashed with all values in F, which means the Flash Security register was set to 11b: MCU Security status is secure.
