Question with my motor MCSPTE1AK344

Hi,

I have bought your kit MCSPTE1AK344 where I am using the microprocessor S32K344. I am using the program "S32K344_mc_pmsm_1sh_s32ct" and I have got the movement of motor. I can manage the speed of motor but I have different questions. As you can see in the next picture I have a lot of ? and I don´t know the reason (it´s is while motor is moving). Moreover, the motor sometimes don´t follow the command of speed.

I was speaking with demo kit owner.Here is the summary of the feedback:

You are stating the project "S32K344_mc_pmsm_1sh_s32ct" which is not project from official web.

Our is  MCSPTE1AK344_PMSM_FOC_1Sh_as_tr build on the EB tresos. Your project is either your port into S32DS or you get it from some unknown source.

SW can be downloaded from link below, build on RTD3.0.0.

We cannot comment on S32K344_mc_pmsm_1sh_s32ct. Ty to download the official SW and compare it.

 Regarding the ??? marks, these variables you do not have defined in your project and freemaster does not recognize their addresses to visualize them.

Hello,

I was talking to motor control team.

the example S32K344_mc_pmsm_1sh_s32ct" is from MBDT. (model based design toolbox)

Apparently guys from NXP MDBT team has been already in contact with you.

Regarding the sceenshot you have sent it seems that you have incorrectly set jumper J18 on the K344 EVB board of devikt MCSPTE1AK344.

If you have set it for 3.3V it will sense bigger voltage.

And if you use adapter from DEVKIT for the power supply the the displayed values must be 12V.

Hi,

I have followed your steps from example "https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/ev-ac-charging-solutionss:GS-MCSPTE1AK344". 

I don´t know if I don´t read signals from uC why the motor is working as I can modify the speed of motor. 

The speed is reflected correctly but the needle of the speed sometimes doesn´t  follow the order of speed.

Could you give me any solution?

? marks means that valuable cannot be read from uC.

Moreover, the motor sometimes don´t follow the command of speed.

you mean when you change the speed via MCAT it is not reflected in uC?
