Hello.

I need to know the logical digital output thresholds of the S32K1xx series, based on the current supplied for the range of VDD = 3.3V.

Already consulted the Table 17- Datasheet (S32K-DS) but they are only specified for certain currents (3mA-3.5mA to VDD = 3.3V) , as well as the Figure 8 - AN2434 that only specifies it for VDD = 5V.

Specified Voh/Vol is min/max value when sourcing/sinking current is Ioh/Iol as specified.
V-I characteristic for logic 1 (output) can estimated by linear approximation between points and <Ioh;Voh> and <0mA ; VDD>. The same way you can estimate V-I characteristic for logic 0.

Hello. Thanks for the support.

For an estimate it seems valid to me. But not for a "worst-case analysis" (as is my case).

Is it the only theoretical way to get the thresholds?

Is there no such data?

How it is defined (i.e. minimum current at defined voltage) it is basically worst case.

You can also use IBIS model we are providing.
