Hi,
I would like to know whether Programming socket board is available for flashing hex file on S32k14 series IC.
Need to do program the ICs before soldering to the PCBA. Is there any offline programmers available??
Thanks Lukas.
In our application, we are experiencing limitations for firmware flashing. We have a 0 ohm resistor at the JTAG reset signal, and with the resistor assembled, firmware flashing will not happen. Currently, we are not populating the 0 ohm at card assembly time, and after firmware flashing, we are soldering the resistor manually. Because manual work is not a good way to go for the SOP stage, we plan to do offline flashing.
is this recommended? what is your suggestion?
Is there any offline flasher readily available?
I saw that most of our customers usually perform in-system programming directly on their board but “offline” programming is also an option. But we do not have recommendation for such programmers. My suggestion is to contact mentioned companies and maybe some others to provide suitable tools.
Hi Vipin,
try to ask Xeltek or Elnec. If I can remember, they offered programming adapters.
Regards,
Lukas
