Octal NOR flash with Read while write for FOTA

Hi: 

I am looking the latest SoC supports Octal NOR flash with Read while write(RWW) for FOTA. 

Like Any-banks or 4 banks for A/B swap.

Do you have any SoC part name and document/application note to share?

S32K3 devices support QSPI octal flash but A/B swap can be done on internal flash only. I recommend to check rather devices like S32G. Please ask here for details:
