Not able to do Mass Erase using ULINK2 debugger

Hello Team,

I deactivated SWD interface of S32K116 MCU by configuring FSEC register. During this process, I have enabled Mass erase for doing further development work but after 3-4 times interface is not able to do Mass erase. Can you please support how to unlock the device.

Hi prabhatg44,

Please try to use the P&E Recovery Utility described in Recovering Cortex-M Microcontroller with a Power Glitch.

Notice that a debug probe from PEMICRO is needed.(can not use ULINK2 debugger or J-Link debugger) If you are using S32K116EVB, then the onboard OpenSDA can be used.
