What is ESD rating of NXP s32k311 MCU and other NXP s32k3xx ESD ratings? and also what is ASIL-B and Asil-D rating?? explain me about all this things and also if there is any documents regarding this provide me as well.

ESD rating of S32K3 family can be found in the S32K3XX Data Sheet - 5.4 ESD and Latch-up Protection Characteristics.
