Hi NXP,
On running a self-test, [for MBIST3,4,and 5 & LBIST0] on S32k322 micro, it is observed that STCU is not triggering a functional reset. Even though all the BIST instances which are selected in the Ptr List are passing.
Can you tell me what could be the possible causes that STCU is not triggering a RESET??
