Maximum Data rate for QSPI

I am using S32K322 Mcu, for storing the data I am using external flash. I want to know what the maximum data rate for QSPI and how much data rate is recommended for QSPI external flash?

Baudrate is given by used SCK frequency, it’ll be 4 x times lower than its use in QuadSPI in Quad mode or 8 x times lower in Octal mode.

QuadSPI datasheet specification shows frequencies that is needed to consider as maximum.

Also "Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K3 Microcontrollers" recommends PCB best practices that is needed to keep.
