LIN Conformance Test with S32k148evb using Vector CANoe

i'm doing a LIN conformance (compliance) test using Vector CANoe and i'm facing this issue , so what should be the reason for it and what is the solution ?

in test cases PT-CT88,89,90,93.

IUT has not responded to diagnostic request

Could you provide some information as below?

• Hardware.
• Software release version.
• The ldf file is used for testing.
• CANoe version.
• CANoe's logs of frames sent on bus with failed test case.
