I am experiencing an issue while trying to download a specific software package for S32K3 development, which appears to be related to account permissions or export control screening.
1. Target Package for Download:
S32K3 / FRDM Automotive Board Installation Package (Version: 2026.02)
Includes: FreeMaster 1.5.0 RFP D2512, S32 Design Studio and Configuration Tools 3.6.5 D2511, Real-Time Drivers 7.0.0 QLP03 D2512, FreeRTOS 7.0.0 CD1 HF1 D2511, LIN Stack 4.0.0 D2511, TCP/IP Stack 4.0.0 D2512
2. Sequence of the Issue and Error Messages:
Step 1 (Initial Attempt - Error Message): I initially selected the FRDM Automotive Board Installation Package directly from the main list. However, during the transition to the 'Export control' stage, the following warning message appeared: "The following packages are in pending(Bad Actor), keep in mind that other packages might be disabled due to this request." As a result, the next step button was completely disabled, leaving only the [EXIT] button active. (Please refer to 'nxp error2.png')
Step 2 (After the Error - Access Blocked): After encountering this error, whenever I attempt to download the package again, the system seems to treat it as a failed custom selection link. A pop-up window appears with the warning: "WARNING: This selection contains one or more packages that are no longer available", and the [APPLY THIS SELECTION] button is grayed out, preventing me from proceeding at all. 3. Questions:
What exactly does the pending(Bad Actor) status mean in this context? Is this issue caused by a delay or restriction in my account's Export Control screening/approval?
Currently, I am blocked by the pop-up window and cannot re-select or proceed with the download process for this package. What actions do I need to take, or what adjustments are required from NXP's side, to resolve this and successfully download the FRDM Automotive Board Installation Package?
