If so, where to download SW32K3_FreeRTOS_10_4_6_UOS_2_0_1_DS_updatesite_D2209.zip? Only found these version:

If not valid any more, where to find the new guideline?

Based on what's already installed:

Click "add update sites"

Choose the first file for FreeRTOS, click "open", then see this 

Click "Ok", then check "Avialbe/Update" list, there is no FreeRTOS available.

Ok. What you want is just the FreeRTOS or from which step?
